Hello everyone, I wrote a review a few weeks ago and I consider it necessary to update my review from the time I left it. After reading my review, the
company contacted me by email. The company did an excellent job trying to solve our problem (the harness was a little large below - see another review). I added a fifth star, which I wanted to give initially, since the product itself and the material are first-class. This star was not added because I could not tighten the lower belt enough. However, the company kindly supported us and it was agreed to send a suitable chest piece of the harness. To be fair, I must say that I never complained before, just the dimensions of my Malamute are different from those that we gave. I am glad that I can give another review. Thank you so much for your help. Excellent customer service that is, in fact, incomparable.
