Hi Julia, I received my order today, 5 days ahead of the expected date. I am so happy with the muzzle I bought. Very good quality, fits well. I was able to walk my sheltered Romanian Shepherd without a leash for the first time in 18 months.

I have received the package. The bill was in the package, not on top. Also, there is no question of customs control because the parcel came from Poland, which is part of the EU. In addition, we are pleased with the muzzle.

High quality items and very satisfactory customer services. I ordered a muzzle that arrived in good time and was a very high quality item, but sadly the muzzle wasn't an ideal fit for my dog but a full refund was given without issue so cant complain and I'll definitely order from you again if I need to, thank you.
