SHIPPING: Items are sent during 2-5 days after payment receipt. The processing fee is € 0.99.
One
can also choose while ordering - the option of EMS express post (it
costs on average 20 Euro), it lasts faster 3-6 business days and has
online tracking that can be very important for you. In the upper table
you see only usual post shipping costs.
We are an international
company from the USA, we ship our products all over the world directly
from our factories in the USA, Israel, and Eastern European countries.
If you are interested what country the specific item will be sent from, contact us via e-mail
EU COUNTRIES: the usual shipping is carried out by registered mail and
the delivery lasts 6-14 days. If there is no your country, please send us an email for a
shipping quote. If the package is suddenly lost, please do not worry,
we will send you a replacement at our expense and you will remain
satisfied. The last thing is very important for us.
RETURN POLICY: If you are not 100% satisfied with a product, simply send
it back for a cash refund or in order to get a replacement product.
Guidelines for returns:
- One can return a product for a refund within three days from the receipt date.
- A return processing fee of 10% will be charged.
- Custom made items can not be returned.
- The item must be in original condition and unused.
- The money reimbursement is applied only to the sale price (shipping and other asssociated costs are not refunded).
- The buyer will pay the shipping costs towards the return item.
- Please contact us before returning the item.
- If we make a mistake (having sent a wrong item, damaged item), we will pay the shipping costs and send you a replacement item free of charge
EXCHANGE AND RETURN PROCEDURE:
Please
contact us for the exact order number before returning goods for
exchange or return. Returns / exchanges of goods can be made only with DPD or carrier companies working with DPD, as well as any shipping companies that send by courier directly to the address, and not to the post office. Please send us your e-mail with request on about@fordogtrainers.eu
Please enter the following data at the beginning of your message:
- The number of the order (an account number)
- Your name and your first name
- The reason for exchange or return
Please
give all the information about the product purchased. If you need to
exchange or return some items, in this case repeat the same data for
each item.
If you ordered a muzzle, please send us:
- Size received (the letters or number are marked at the end of the neck belt)
- Thank you for presenting the pictures of your dog muzzled, front and side shot.
If you ordered a collar:
- The neck circumference of your dog in cm
- Photos of the collar unfolded with the ruler by its side for the entire length.
If you ordered a harness:
- the measurements of your dog (neck circumference + chest circumference)
- the pictures of your dog with the harness on, front and side shot.
If you ordered wrong products:
- please send us the link to the product you were hoping to receive
- photos of the products received
